In July of 2011, the company moved from the original Lincoln Avenue location to its' current headquarters on Stoever Avenue in Myerstown, Pennsylvania.
Three years later, GSI sold Farmer Boy back to current owners Dale Martin, Dean Weaver, and Leonard Martin, who were Farmer Boy employees at the time. Farmer Boy Ag was initially started by Leon Hoover in 1979 at his family farm along Lincoln Avenue in Myerstown, Pennsylvania to provide penning, ventilation and feeding systems for local hog farmers. Farmer Boy is an agricultural supply and construction company that has been at the forefront of the swine, poultry, and dairy industries for over 30 years.
